Responsible Gambling
We take responsible gambling seriously. We want every player to enjoy the site safely and stay in control of their play. This page explains the principles we follow, the tools you can use to manage activity, and where to find support if you feel gambling is becoming a problem.
Player protection principles
We put player safety first by offering clear controls, prompt support and simple guidance. Our aim is to help you play within your means, spot early warning signs, and take action when needed. We never encourage chasing losses and we apply checks to prevent underage play and problem gambling behaviour.
Activity-control tools
Deposit limits
You can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits in your account. Limits take effect immediately and can be lowered at any time. Requests to increase limits are subject to a waiting period to give you time to reconsider.
Loss limits and wager caps
Loss limits allow you to cap the total amount you can lose over a set period. Wager caps let you restrict bet sizes per round or session. Both tools are available in your profile and are intended to prevent overspending.
Time limits and session tools
Use session reminders and reality checks to monitor time spent playing. You can enable automatic pop-ups after a set play time, or set daily time limits. These tools help you pause and consider whether to continue.
Self-exclusion and account breaks
If you need a break, choose a temporary timeout from 24 hours up to 6 months. For longer-term help you can request self-exclusion which closes your account for a specified period. We will block access and stop marketing while an exclusion is active. To reactivate after a temporary break you may need to contact support and complete checks.
Recognising signs of problematic behaviour
Watch for changes such as spending more than planned, chasing losses, neglecting responsibilities, hiding activity, or feeling anxious about gambling. Noticing one or more of these signs is a good reason to use limits, take a break or seek help.
Practical tips to maintain control
- Set strict deposit and time limits before you play
- Use session reminders and reality checks
- Avoid gambling when stressed or under the influence
- Keep a clear budget for entertainment, separate from bills and savings
- Discuss concerns with someone you trust
