These Terms and Conditions describe the rules that govern use of our platform and the relationship between you and us. They explain your responsibilities as an account holder, how we manage deposits, withdrawals and promotions, and the steps we may take to verify accounts or restrict access. We expect you to read and accept these terms before using any real-money services on the site.

Account responsibilities

Prohibited behaviour includes money laundering, collusion, manipulation of games, use of bots or automated systems and intentionally misleading other users or us. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bets or reclaim funds where misuse is detected. Users must comply with any system limits, country restrictions and technology requirements we set.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions, bonuses and free spins are subject to separate terms that form part of these conditions. We publish wagering requirements, maximum bet limits and eligible games in each promotion’s terms. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements are met and may be voided where we reasonably suspect abuse. All promotions may be amended or withdrawn at our discretion.

Deposits and withdrawals

Payments are processed using the methods listed in your account. We may set minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal limits and apply verification checks before releasing funds. Dispute resolution

Continued use of your account after changes implies acceptance. If you do not accept revised terms you should stop using the service and contact support to close your account.
